since most of these games have been released or atleast the demos have been which one do you guys prefer the most

if i had a rig worth playing such games i would try all of dem..and maybe lookin at reviews and da screenshots..CRYSIS looks promising !

but sadly..my rig cant handle anything..its been 5-6 months..my 6660gt is going waste . !

playing Crysis single player right now and have to say havn't played better FPS game in single player mode till now.. was playing COD 4 SP mode before crysis came and i havn't played COD 4 SP since Crysis

Gears of War is a must buy. It has very addictive mutiplayer.

Yeah thats very true... I have completed the game in a single stretch of 4.45 hours last Sunday. Again started all over yesterday and completed half. If only they cold have made a long game. 20 Hours playtime would have been excellent. In my opinion this is the second best game engine this year after Cry Engine 2.

As for other games I think Time Shift is also a worthy addtion. I am playing this game too and the game play is pleasantly different from the regular FPS fare. You cannot just runaround firing a gun as you would be toast in 2 seconds. They have made the enemies so tough that you have to use your time shifting skills for sure and its fun too. There are many level puzzles which you cannot clear without the time shifting skills.

I am playing stranglehold too and completed two-thirds of it. frankly speaking this was a disappointment in the graphics dept though the game play was sort of cool with fast movie style action. Like Bioshock parts of the game environment look cool, but there are places where the textures make you feel like you were playing a 10 year old game. Max Payne was way superior to it in terms of graphics. Music however was one of the best I have seen in a game and matches well with Max Payne in that aspect.

I am getting a 7900GTX only for playing Crysis/Cal of Duty 4/Assasin Creed

Get an 8800GT instead.
