Can anyone please help me, i want my RC copter asap :(:(

You will need WPC Approval for importing any kind of Radio Transmitters as they fall under Restricted Category. I think UPS has their own custom clearance license but in any case they will intimate you with valid reason for detention of your copter.

I declared the right amount and also the invoice is attached, it been imported from US not from china, its a 2.4 Ghz model :(

The customs department needs education regarding this, they ban all RC products, even if its legally approved and doesn't require any license from the WPC.

If your RC chopper Radio Control system was 2.4ghz or 27mhz they have no right to detain it.Both are free to use Delicensed frequency. But if its anything else they have legal right to detain it.

There are documents in WPC website which states that 2.4ghz doesn't require any license ,i suggest you to take a print out and show it to the customs.

Probably since it is remote controlled. They cannot differentiate between a toy or an arsenal device.

RC Helicopters are considered a security threat, so even if they are not on the list officially, they get held up.

I imported a RC helicopter from China but it wasn't held up. I couldn't find the Syma 107G in Mumbai/Pune so I ordered it online via www.AliExpress.com
Of course, this one's a tiny toy (indoor use only) with an Infrared controller - unlike the big outdoor models which come with 2.4GHz radio controllers

Got mail from UPS... :(

We would like to inform that the shipment has been hold in the customs in Mumbai to Obtain No objection certificate from Additional Drug Controller ( ADC NOC ) and hence, it will be important for us to get the below documents.
1) Material Safety Data sheet (MSDS) ( Optional )
2) Certificate of Analysis/Laboratory testing report from origin (Mandatory)
3) End use declaration and technical write-up/properties. (Mandatory)
Please note after receipt of the documents, shipment will be released within 3 days. It may take longer if the Additional Drug Controller/Public Health officer is not satisfied with the documents and recommends further testing in Government laboratory.

These are only required for medicines, medical devices, food supplements etc. Not in anyway required for a RC copter. Write a letter to ADC, Mumbai Port stating the contents of your package. Attach the invoice and a picture of the copter you imported. Send the letter to USP and ask them to submit to ADC, Mumbai. If required ask them to open the package and inspect the contents.
