Cyberoam Protocol Through Router

Hey guys!

I've been trying to get my 24online/cyberoam connection to work through a home-made gateway (basically a Redhat9 box with iptables configured according to the many easily available HOWTO's) without much success.

I have a Redhat 9 machine with two NICs- one connected to the ISP and one to my internal home network. I configured it to act as a gateway using iptables and confirmed that it was "working" by pinging my ISP's dns from one of the other machines on the home LAN. As the DNS and my home LAN are on different subnets and the ping worked I'm assuing that packets are being forwarded properly.

I then installed linc on this Redhat box and can easily access the net from it. However when I try from one of the other machines on the network I can't do anything (no DNS resolution, HTTP, anything). Yet I can still ping the DNSs.

Any ideas on how to get this to work? I'd like to be able to use my connection for all 3 machines at home. I think this should be possible but I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Any advice much appreciated!

Thanks

Uday
