Am planning to buy this router, anyone has any info about this?

alternately is there any other router in the same price range?
i need atleast 4 gigabit ports, not so concerned about the wireless part

I'm using this router... for almost over an year now. It's a good router for the price. Very stable and dead easy to configure. Back then the USB port was useless for anything but WPS, with recent firmware updates now you can use the USB port for storage link... a la cheap NAS for backup.

You can skip the graphic card part... the router comes after that.

there were lots of issues with firmware.....check d-link forums....the mods deleted all the posts and began banning members....recently only they ack few issues and offered a FW upgade

^ I think the issues were with 1.3x specifically 1.31 firmware. Not sure about D-Link forums issue (banning and stuff) though.

I'm still on 1.21 and never felt the need to update it since it is very very stable on 1.21
