D-Link Router Rma

I had bought D-Link DSL 2750U a week back and was working till this morning but as soon as i came in evening its not working, have tried everything reset device , tried to ping not working even with D-Link Setup when i connect LAN cable and search for router it hangs and it says cant find the router even tried with all LAN ports.Only option left for me is go for RMA now where do i need to send over the device to get replacement I had purchased the router from LetsBuy last month.
 
So i dont have to get in touch with Lets buy right ? And whats the usual time taken for RMA ?

I see there is 45 days replacement policy for products purchased, I called them up and they said I need to take the product at a RMA center

Ideally, Letsbuy should replace it - going by their '45 day replacement guarentee.' An RMA from your end is likely an easier way out for them...

I was looking at going for the DSL 2750U from letsbuy for my airtel broadband... though now, I'm going to have to look elsewhere

Ok the router is now sent to Bangalore does anyone knows how long does it take to replace a product.
 
I got a replaced router today but the replaced router was not new I asked the rma center and they said its as per rma policy can someone confirm this
