S spindoctor Explorer Dec 15, 2007 #5 a quick fix would be to download the dll separately and put it in your system32 folder.

V ViperThunder Apprentice Jan 19, 2008 #8 NOTICE TO ALL 64-BIT USERS:: In 64-bit versions of Windows, 64-bit dll's go into the SYSTEM32 folder. 32-bit dll's go into the SYSWOW64 folder. Make sure you are placing the 64-bit version and 32-bit version of d3dx9_34.dll in their correct respective places! if you need more info, then send me an email: viperthunder@hotmail.com
