DAE read the returns/cancellation policy before placing orders from sites?

Some of these policies on e-commerce sites feel like scam. Here's a line I found on tlggaming.com

>We are not liable to process any returns or provide any refunds if the parcel is declined or rejected on delivery by the customer.

Its understandable if they deduct shipping, restocking charges before issuing refund, but straight up denying refunds while still having the product with them in its original condition is pretty scummy imo.

Have you come across such questionable policies while shopping?

We have already seen such issue in past few months with various sites so this too is not much of a surprise..
Yeah and traders still wonder why amazon beats them all. I'd much rather pay premium price at amazon that shop from indigenous sites with zero customer support.
