In animal, bird kingdoms male gender is always the beautiful of the two. Yeah, there are exceptions like humans.
Another exception - sparrows. Females are super cute.

In urban areas though, most visible ones seem to be similar - cats/dogs/pigeon/parrots/myna/rats?/doves/squirrels
I have never noticed females of coppersmith barbet, i guess because they look duller vs males.
Purple rumped sunbird - male more colorful.
And now looking at it, tailor bird female is cuter.
Fantails are super cute too, not sure if they look different.
Magpie robin - Males dance a lot.
golden oriole, super rare ( witcher 3!) - Never noticed, male seem cuter from wikipedia

That's most of whats around me that i notice.

Exception may be with looks but even with humans, the males are nothing more than peacocks for women. All a man can do is strut.

Imagine a bunch of guys on a conveyor belt and a woman sitting on a chair with a stop button when she finds someone suitable.

That is the best analogy for the human mating process as women are the gatekeepers to sex. Men shouldn't chase women. It's the women that should do the chasing. This generally results in more successful coupling than otherwise.

This applies in societies where women are free to choose who they settle with. The dynamics are different if this particular freedom is otherwise limited.

Such a guy thing to do

To other animals, I'm sure male humans in the wild look more beautiful. Males have the mane, are bigger, have more body fur, head hair length is the same. And female human specific traits are designed to specifically look good to only human males. Similar stuff on other animals either look ugly to humans, or humans are indifferent to them - so we can extrapolate that human female organs will also not look pretty to other animals.
