Data recovery after formatting HDD??

welll this happens normally... you recover your files but u cant open it... doesnt mean got corrupted b4 you formatted it.

Finally i give up this after a period one week trying to recover the files i lost...

I dont wanna keep on trying and keep in mind under pressure...

I think its because of corrupted data ( i recovered and unable to open the files)

the bootable cd of 'Active@ File Recovery' for recovering an accidentally quick formatted hard disk. i recovered lots of files without their real names but the files were ok but a lot of jpgs it recovered were not working
 
Eazy had recommended a pretty decent option

Power Data Recovery (I guess).. Helped me quite a few times..

I had formatted one of my drivess with quick format, forgetting I had ~40GB of HD movies + etc hidden somewhere.

I was able to recover each and every one of those files /w this application.

Highly recommended.
But remember in deep scan mode it took ~7 hours to detect all the files.

I tried the following and really got results:

EASUS DATA recovery professional....I tried it after doing a complete format.
