Storage Solutions Data Recovery Help Required

As suggested 100s of times, maintain multiple copies of the data on physical hard drives esp. on internal drives.
Externals are a big NO!
 
You likely need an electronics repair instead of data recovery since your hard drive doesnt even spin. I am on the lookout for electronic repair shops which deal in circuit board repair specifically for hard drives. I will let you know if I find any.

Nope. I was quoted something like 30k for 1TB. I given up on that HDD which would be my 4th HDD to die. I guess I'll be buying SSDs only in future.

I too learned this lesson the hard way and since then have only bought SSDs. My SSD from 2016 (Samsung 850 EVO) has 50% life remaining and is still rock solid to this day.
