Those are not TCCD. TCCD = DDR. This is DDR2... those chips are micron D9... the only DDR2 chip that can run at TRCD set to 2. Most high quality DDR2 memory uses the same chip.

Edit: Forgot to tell.... this chip has already been phased out . So if anyone is running intel, grab it while it lasts.
