PC Peripherals DDR3 ECC RAM and LSI 9211 HBA

Where can one buy reliable (and non-expensive) DDR3 ECC RAM and LSI 9211 HBA?
This is for a home server.
  • DDR3 ECC RAM:
    • Should preferably be Samsung M393B2G70DB0-YK0 16GB DDR3 1600 ECC Registered 1.35V DRx4 Bare as I already have 2 of these.
    • Ideally looking for 4 more of these.
  • LSI 9211:
    • To be used for Truenas storage for passthrough to HDDs
    • Need to connect 3-4 Sata HDDs now, maybe 3-4 more later
2nd hand are okay in both cases, as long as they are reliable
