Question:
What's the defferent between SDRAM & DDRAM1 & DDRAM2 ?

The difference is the clock speeds where sdrams had clock speeds till 100mhz and ddr1 starts from 100mhz to 200mhz and ddr2 starts from 266mhz till 800mhz.

The actual effective speed is, if its 100mhz than the effective speed is 200mhz i.e. 1:2 ratio. eg:- if a ram has default clock speed of 400mhz than the effective speed is 800mhz.

sd ram have clock rates of 66,100,133 n 150 MHz.

ddr1(double data rate) - 200,266,333,400

ddr2 - 400,533,667,800 n 1066.

these all r actual effective speeds we get.
