I am planning to buy the viewsonic vg1930wm in a weeks time,can someday please tell me what is the dead pixel policy of viewsonic? and is their after sales support and product warranty any good?and please let me me know which brand provides the best after sales service

i bot the same LCD u plannin to buy....
well the dead pixel policy of viewsonic states that as time goes u can get 3-5 dead pixels on screen, but if u get more than that then monitor will be replaced !
well i havnt tried their after sales support, but till now everything has been fine. but the LCD which u plannin to buy is the best among its category of 19inch !

Before you pay for the monitor, test it thoroughly. Most dealers will allow you to do that.

3 DOTS ARE ALLOWED AND TOTAL UP TO 5 DOTS WITHIN 3 YEAR WARRNTY PERIOD.
IF U PAY MORE MAY BE DEALER WILL ALLOW U TO CHOOSE LCD WITHOUT DEAD PIXEL WHEN U BUY.
