Khimey is the fakest fake guy i have ever interacted with.

He cannot fake/lie to save his life imho

Khimera has been one of those guys due to whom TE is so special to me and trying to be of service to people like him gives me immense pleasure. :)

Yeah Bangalore meets rocks just that its a PITA to make all the people come especially you supra and not to mention Sandy who used to vanish :@:@.

About the and BIG TE meet,count me in and yeah it might be the biggest TE meet ever .Can happen in December :)
 
The phone is much older than he claimed, as Sandy had suspected. This man is a bunch of lies. The phone is a little less than 3 months (says the bill) old and not 10 days as he had claimed. No surprise there after the two NEFT transfers from HDFC and ICICI that he did that never reached me. Even after confronting him he went on telling more lies about how i should check with samsing and not on the bill to see how old the phone is etc.... didn't make any sense to me.

So now, he gives me back my money, and I give him back his phone. Simple as that. He says he will hand over the cash to Khimera and take the phone from him. Khimera can then transfer me the amount.
 
Any suggestions on how we can help lethal get out of this too?

BTW, the guy has been logging in regularly (to read this thread I assume), but never posted, even after me urging him to post here. I guess he's just run out of lies to post here.

I disagree with it completely.

I just posted this in ebay thread btw. I once sold an item in ebay abt 2 or 3 months ago.. paid all the fees and what not. Last month i got a bill for 60 bucks from them quoting some kinda lister fees. even though i did not list/sold anything. but i paid. this month also i got one.

wether its just me i dunno.

Well ironman thght u be paying him after he fed u with the 10 day old phone thing.trying to bloat its price.so thats not gonna work. :S. He has to pay money to lethal now.
 
In any case 11k is too much for a phone which retails for 11.5k with the mem card
Kniwor, don't give him anything over 7~8
 
I asked him about lethal's amount. He says he'll return it sunday. The same day he says he'll return mine. Dont know how true is that though.

I also disagree with that rule. Ebay involves hassles for the seller. If a member requests for an ebay deal with me I would oblige him/her but it should not be by default.
 
guys guys, disagreement is only bad experience, not everyone has it, right ???

most of my deals done through eBay were successful, touch-wood :)

also depends on buyer & seller both, then who's stopping ??

the banks are closed on sunday so do remind him to arrange cash on a working day.

as for people claiming the price of new spica to be 11.5k ... please mention the sources.

i have query about ebay..

what happens if the buyer does not confirm item received ?who has to suffer?
 
@ Madnav: If you send via reputed courier and have insured it, you can show a proof of delivery by the courier company. If the buyer disagrees then it becomes a total PITA.

@madnav : mtbalu bought one for 11.75k a month back. A few other friends have reported prices around 11.5k for the spica.

buyer also has a certain time limit to mark the item as received or not received,
if the buyer doesnt mark the item as received , then automatically after the dedline is over , ebay treas the item as received and money is remitted to the seller

no what i mean to say is.. what if buyer does not confirm item received and rather complains that he never received any..?

does ebay care to investigate courier receipt and any fraud related to that?

im just curious to know whether the system is foolproof for the seller too.
