Debug Privilege error in windows 7 64 bit, plz help

hi all

i am using win 7 64 bit, i am getting this error though i am the program as administrator account.

It may be because of UAC ... run the program from Right Click -> "Run as administrator"

If it doesn't help then disable the UAC, restart and then try again ... also try Safe Mode
