and moreover its a 12 year old car!

If u want the space and a fun to drive car, get a used Palio Petrol or diesel, both will fit in your budget !

Fiat's Service is fine nowadays

and btw I had a palio for five years I loved that car

Thanks guys for all your inputs, after a look here and there I also spotted a Daewoo Cielo 1998 Model 90k Km's done for 1 Lakh. Is this a reliable car ?

As others have already said, stay away from that car. If you really do not mind such old models, I would recommend getting a 10 - 12 year old Honda City. A well maintained Honda City, irrespective of how old it is, would be a good buy.

Do consider the maintenance costs and troubles for finding parts for such an old car, which was discontinued many years ago. Better to go with a ~5 year old well maintained smaller car for peace of mind.
