Which CPU cooler did you have? Isn't this case tailor made for that big Deepcool Assassin IV cooler??

I have assassin iv vc vision which is bigger than assassin iv due to the display, so the side panel doesn't close, neither does the top one.

Oh OK, so now you will be buying a mid tower case? Is there even any ITX case that can support your cooler?

ah, OK, I thought you already bought an ITX motherboard. It seems Deepcool will be launching the MATX version of this - CH260/CH270 soon. So you could also take a look at that. Specs show 174mm cooler height.

yes I reached out them directly and their ad is misleading. they told me they are using an older version of intel processor and they will be releasing list of compatible motherboards laterah, OK, I thought you already bought an ITX motherboard. Oh that sucks. They really need to be more careful about what they claim.
Seeing as you already have bought the ITX motherboard and SFF PSU, going Lian Li A3 would honestly be a disappointment as the size would be much bigger. Maybe look at the Lian Li A4 with the 240mm AIO support. Should give you similar cooling performance as the the big air cooler.

nope, a4 is too small and won't fit my cooler, spent a lot on the cooler so will go ahead with a3, doesn't matter if it's itx motherboard. it gives better headroom for my graphics card with better temps.
