Forum Feedback deleting our own posts

I think we should be able to delete our own posts .
e.g like i had made 3 of the same posts by mistake and wanted to delete 2 of them but could'nt. In the end i had edit the posts.
This would also make the moderators job more easier
 
That has been discussed many times over and we had decided that if we let you do the editing part then moderators will go jobless.:P
Moreover here at TE we believe in sticking to our words, we dont want you to retract your statements.
Any multiple posts can be taken care of by the moderators easily. Its not much load on us.

Anyway the bottom line is that it would create more problems if we let you edit your posts. SO am sorry to say we cant. There are few things that we are very rigid on.
