Delhivery - hit or miss - only me?

delhivery service depends on your local area hub [my local hub is pretty chill they pickup my parcels as soon as its generated and deliver my parcel first thing in the morning] but yeah in general also they suck realtime now my aramex parcels from delhi to patna always need to be shipped by air but these delhivery guys 5 out of 10 times will ship using surface citing weight issues in flight lol.

plus delhivery has got no real support at least dtdc and bluedart have got one where you can talk to a real person.

Delhivery is very good value for money following with amazon shipping. These all couriers i have used and got packages as i use shiprocket. they are all in under 1-5km radius.

It can be used both for personal and biz. I'm using shiprocket for the past 2-3 yrs and there's nothing like personal or private. I did received their calls initially for boosting biz etc. and I told them I'm not into biz but only personal couriers and thereafter no calls.
From my location, pickups happen well on time without an inch of delay but whenever I schedule pickups for Bangalore, it totally suck irrespective of which partner I choose! Last time an order got delayed by a good 8 days due to no pickup person showing up that too at a very prime Bangalore location.
Apart from that so far its good for other locations I tried for.

Shiprocket is just a mediator and the full responsibility is held with the courier partner one chooses. Also, Shiprockets cc is so so.

Created a Shiprocket account, to check it further. I see 'Shiprocket Surface' in the courier list, along with Amazon, Delhivery etc. That is their own? Or again, it will be handled by other courier services?
