Bludart should be good. I'd use lots of bubble wrap to pack the items and then package it inside a sturdy box with not a lot of wiggle room. You can use crumpled up newspaper to fill the empty space. Paste a paper with AWB# and address and phone number on the box, cover the box with another layer of bubble wrap and stick a copy of shipping label on it and cover it with transparent tape. I'd also insure it with actual values, do read the T&Cs though.Hi, a bit OT but what would be the best courier to ship a highvalue item (Camera) the fastest from Delhi to Chennai?
I am leaning towards BlueDart Dart Apex.
A bit of background: a friend had lost his bag at IGI, and while we’ve thankfully now found it, it has to be sent to Chennai as soon as possible ensuring that it gets delivered with minimal scuffs. As someone who’ll be packing for a courier for the first time, anything important to know on how to pack a mirrorless camera and a lens would be incredibly helpful :’)
Edit: Would it help if I declared the name of the article and its exact value in the courier if I opted for insured shipping? Or would I be better off just claiming it as a low value item like a photoframe, etc?
