Dell 7570 - Upgrade SSD

So i plan to upgrade the 128gb drive to a new 500 GB one. Since the laptop has only 1 slot for M.2 SSD drive, how do i clone the original 128gb on a Pendrive so i can install the 500 GB and use the PD to restore windows image on new SSD. Pls lmk
 
I have used EaseUS Todo utility successfully multiple times. It can clone data from one drive to another one as it is.
 
Yes, but you mentioned you are using it with your pen drive. So it could be 128GB SSD to Pendrive to 500GB SSD

ok, so i clone the 128gb SSD to a 64 GB PD, and then boot with new SSD inside and 64GB PD in USB slot and use that as boot device ?

I tried dell OS recover & restore, but it fails at 42%

Well it had a 2.5 1tb, . Did not fiddle with that.
No error or anything, just failed.
So what I did was download the dell os image manual mode (around 5gb) and installed it on the 500gb ssd. All well now.
The whole system had to to reinstalled anyway as some programs ( adobe, autodesk were corrupted)
