here you go. Dell has some ports on all 3 sides. Thinkpad has ports on back side only

Yeah, I thought they were like USB-C docks or something, but they are built for machines with specific docking ports and will work only with laptops having those.

I am afraid it may not be compatible. it has only a VGA port.
