Hi,
I wanted to install some drivers from the dell support page but its not available today. Is someone else facing same problem ? Yesterday night it was there but today it shows 0 results.

Have a dell inspiron 1545 laptop with windows 7 whose cd eject key is not working.Tried installing the quickset drivers but still no show. How to get it working? Am I missing something here.

I was looking for the drivers which will enable the eject key functioning of the laptop.Presently it doesnt work. The button on the tray functions fine, even the doubleclikcking of the dvd-r icon in my computer seems to open the drive tray, but the eject button (besides the prnt scrn) doesnt work.

I searhced the net and found that dell quickset drivers are required to make that fcntions working.Searched for it and downladed it, but it doesnt make any difference.

So I want to know how to make that function working.

PS:I dont have the dell drivers cd as it didnt came with the laptop.

Edit: Ok .. now the site is showing the drivers.I ll try reinstalling ...

Edit 2: Found out a solution on the dell forums. The sata mode needs to be set to AHCI.
