after much consideration i have narrowed down Dell Inspiron Series 15,
Usage: Net surfing,movies ,Songs, Vb and Java programming.
Budget:35K max,

others:WIFI,BLUETOOTH,WEBCAM(inbuilt).
Please suggest me
