Laptops Dell Inspiron 15R - BSOD - USB issues

Hi all..

I recently purcashed a Dell Inspiron 15R..Windows 7 Basic. going to change that after i create a recovery disc.

I have a issue.

During shutdown if i remove a usb device from the machine, say my phone. the machine displays a
BSOD and restarts. but if i remove the USB device when the PC is on..no issues.

and the machine sometimes have trouble detecting my belkin externally powered USB hub.

Is this a OS issue?

Any help appreciated.

check with another copy of OS , and if same problem persists call dell support, we had same issue on dell 14R few months back with our customer, and they replaced the board with a new. I dont know whether you have the same issue, plz confirm .
