So, it is legit it seems. Mostly Thai imports. Just confirm about warranty.

yah a have seen many thai imports in ebay for low prices and when i searched about that on Google .. on multiple occasions warranties were not valid and read that some of these laptops are stolen from company distributors.... i don't know what to believe.. some have had good experiences saying these are best and stuff... cant even say if those are real comments or fake ones .. :|

Dont purchase from Shopclues - If there is an issue with the laptop - YOU WILL GET SCREWED, BIG TIME.

Check up with Dell about the service tag - AFAIK you need to change the tag else no warranty.

I would suggest to buy it from India AND/OR get it from a authorised dealer/reseller rather than take your chances.
