Dell Inspiron N4010 or Inspiron 15R - help me decide

I found the following two laptops on ebay.com and I felt that it is very difficult to believe since they both are at a very reasonably good.So I need some suggestions here, whether can I go for any one.Seller has got 100% (13 feedbacks).
eBay India: DELL INSPRION N4010 LAPTOP (item 280666344244 end time 26-May-2011 18:19:57 IST)
warranty is from the seller himself...
eBay India: Dell Inspiron 15R (item 270740903329 end time 04-May-2011 08:00:00 IST)
with dell India warranty...
Please any one help me...:S

Seller warranty is useless. The other one has US warranty which can be transferred to India. I would suggest you check the local shops. You would get a decent deal IMO.

Else chuck both and go for the Lenovo Z570 with Sandy Bridge i3-2130, 3GB RAM, 640GB, good build, free backpack, mouse, headset, laptop skin, shipping etcc for ~32.5k
