I got this deal from USA. The Dell Inspiron 15 inch i3 for 400$. Is it worth buying?

Also, is this laptop comaptible with 24" or 22" monitor? I want to connect it to monitor with external keyboard and mouse.
 
go the the new sandy bridge processor.. it would also come with USB 3.0. And make sure you purchase NBD warranty so that it can be transferred here in India.
