DELL Latitude E5400(brand new) (Price reduced drastically)

Selling this on behalf of a cousin. Brand new DELL Latitude E5400 (just been opened to check). He bought it directly from the company under an employee scheme. The bill is dated 22nd Dec 2009 and I can provide the service tag number (via PM) if someone wants to check the warranty status online.

It retails for around Rs 70.5k as per Dell India's website (with 4gb RAM). Since this was customized for employees, there are 3-4 differences between the one he got from the company and one mentioned on Dell's India website:

1) the RAM mentioned on Dell website is 1gb. This comes with 4gb RAM.
2) the OS mentioned on Dell's website is Windows Vista. This does not come with an OS (only DOS).
3) The hard drive mentioned on Dell's website is 160gb. This comes with 250gb.
4) The processor mentioned on Dell's website is Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo P8700, 2.53GHz, 1066MHz, 3MB L2 Cache. This comes with Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo Processor T7250 2.0GHz, 2MB L2 Cache, 800MHz FSB.

He is open to offers, so please consider the above points and PM me your best offer.

last month I had asked Dell a quote for latitude @6400(which apparently is better than E5400) with the following config

Code:
E6400 Latitude
[B]Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo Processor P8600 2.4GHz, 3MB L2 Cache, 1066MHz FSB [/B]
[B]3 Yrs Complete Cover[/B]
4GB (2x2GB) 800MHz DDR2 SDRAM
160GB SATA (7200RPM) W/o FFS Hard Drive
Dell Wireless 370 Bluetooth(R) 2.1
Dell Wireless 1397 (802.11b/g) MiniCard
FreeDOS
14.1 " Widescreen WXGA (1280x800) LED Display
2 MP Camera, with Digital Microphone
[B]Backlit Keyboard[/B]
Trusted Platform Module 1.2
Integrated 10/100/1000 Ethernet
5-in-1 Media Card Reader
8X DVD + /-RW Drive
[B]NVIDIA Quadro NVS 160M, 256MB[/B]
[B]9-Cell Li-Ion Primary Battery [/B]
90W Primary AC Adapter

I was given a quote of 62,500/- while the price with the above specs shown on Dell website is around 95K.

So one should not go blindly with the price shown on the website.

A guy in this forum was selling the E6400 with same specs for even lesser price(it was a GO)
check this link
I'l post the original quotation here if required.(hope I havent deleted it)

P.S no intention of craping your thread
