Can you kindly explain how 13.9 becomes 16.5 after adding taxes?

13900+VAT+Excise=13900+624+1718=16242.

Excise is included, they charge only sales tax and additional amount if you want to upgrade your warranty to 5 yrs.,

Excise is listed as 12% on site..while actually calculated at 16%. so roughly 600 more to the final bill.
