Google's 35$ Chromecast dongle has already created lot of buzz and now Dell may be coming up with even more exiting product in the from of a Android PC on a stick.

The USB Android PC from Dell is codenamed Project Ophelia and currently it is in beta test stage. It can be attached to monitor using HDMI directly and runs full Android OS, turning it into a PC. It will also have Play Store for downloading and installing apps and would allow users to play games and stream music also. Connectivity features like Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi are also included onboard. The exact specs of Ophelia are not known yet.

Such Android PCs on a stick are not new, many Chinese manufacturers are already selling such devices for as low as $40, but they lack reliability. Since Ophelia comes from Dell, it is expected to attract more attention and can serve as a good option to companies looking for cheaper PCs. It will cost around $100.
