Hey I agree....I also have a Dell pc and tryed to help over the phone line and took about 30 mins...to just get the answer..of how much ram can my computer hold?

yes but i'm not so pissed that they couldn't replace it, but i know from past experience that sales rep can look up my account info and give me a simple ship date....and i know that no company allows their employees to just "hang up" as you will on a customer.......
 
why would you contact a sales agent for customer support, when the customer support is a different number? If you want the fire department, would you call the hospital and then ask them to connect you to the fire department?
