yes for international systme u can upgrade warranty. u need to get the laptop tranfered under indian tag .. go to Dell - International Ownership Transfer Form

takes 2 -3 days or contact custoemr care

it takes 3-4 weeks for the ownership transfer thats the realistic time as its done in penang malaysia and not in india
