Well, for mostly office work, this notebook seems to be a slight of an overkill...
Even if you can afford 80k for a laptop, you should not go for such components...
8600m GT is purely meant for gaming, you'll do good for your concerned work with an 8400m and should save yourself a good 2.5k;
also, the processor is an overkill too, should do good with t8300, would be light on battery as well, (so thats what you should look for since you are concerned about battery backup...); should save you 5.8k approx.
loosing all that money you can buy yourself more years of complete cover (2 to 3), a 9-cell battery (though they are pretty expensive right now - DARN FIRE in the BATTERY PLANT
), more hdd space (320gb - although not very wise to buy a 320gb at such high price-point).
other stuff is fine.
