Buy locally... its cheaper. Someone I know bought it in the US and she was cribbing that it comes to be cheaper in india :P.
 
yes xps in usa & india are almost the same prices as there are no discount codes for xps. so u rather buy it here. unless if u are buying an inspiron then everything changes as there are some really big discount codes for the inspirons.
