Demoshield Problem

I am trying to install the Audigy 2 Notebook software for my uncle on his Toshiba Lappy and I keep getting the error message saying that Demoshielhd has encountered a problem and needs to close.
I am not able to do anything.

Please help guys!!!

I have uninstalled the softwares opreviously installed and used Driver Cleaner 3.

Nothing is workjing....
 
Is windows patched to the latest? Doesn't look like its a driver problem. Could be faulty media as well. Try dumping the entire CD to the hard drive and install from there. What is the exact model no of the laptop and config? The notebook audigy has major issues with many notebooks.
