Well have been using basic logitech mouse from past 4-5 years.

But now its precision is gone so looking to buy new.

Can someone suggest which one to get which last again another 4-5 years.

Reedy to shelve upto 1200.

But confuse which to get.

Also ill prefere highest warranty product .

Microsoft Basic Optical 500~ 500/- http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-in/mice.

If you want, you can look at some basic gaming mice as well but I doubt you'll get more than 1 year warranty on them apart from the Logitech model --

Razer Salmosa ~ 800/-

Razer Abyssuss ~ 1300/-

Logitech MX-518 ~ 1300/- [if this is still available that is]

Gigabyte GM-6800 ~ 750/-

MX 518 has been discontinued,It's successor Logitecg G400-1.5k would be a great buy,It has a 3year warranty and it'll las for more than 3 years for sure cause it's great built quality.

^ +1 for G400. A great and one of the most successful entry level gaming mouse.

+1 for the G400.. even if you have to spend a couple of hundred bucks extra do it. You wont regret it.. this is the best mouse you can get close to your budget.. any other brand is not going to offer even remotely the precision, quality, comfort and looks that logitech has.. Logitech and Razor are the two main companies specialized in such products and that too I prefer Logitech anyday.. Razor mice are more of an eyecandy and very heavily overpriced.
