desktop windows manager stopped working

i m getting the msg "desktop windows manager stopped working working and was closed"..Also twice it got an abnormal shutdown...
then i worked today .as soon as i started the laptop.
error msg of desktop window manager..
i m using win Genuine Windows(R) 7 Home Premium 64bit (English)

please suggest how to fix this
