details abt hub/switch and router needed..urgent

i am from bangalore.i am planning to set up a network to practice for mcse..have a pc now..planning to buy a new one this month.will keep the old pc for a month or two..so..i am in need of a hub/switch and a router..no wifi..normal ones..will i be able to get these stuff for less ..say both within 800-1000..if not any place to get them second hand.
 
Get a pronet 8 port switch for 800 bucks.

No idea about hubs but they will be cheaper than 800 rs.
 
thanx hacker...sorry..since i will b using only two comps..dont think i will b needing a switch/hub now.if u can..plz let me know the price of a router.a 2/4 port router is fine.shud b real cheap.
