Detergent powder feed mechanism in automatic washing Machine.

Is the detergent or washing powder mechanism also automatic in full automatic washing Machine?.

The 2kg or 1kg or 500gm detergent powder is feed and kept in washing Machine box. The Consumer can select the number of table spoon number 1 or 2 or 3 etc to be feed for the washing Purpose by select the input number Button on the washing Machine.

Or

The washing Machine Intelligence feed the amount of detergent powder Required for washing depending upon the total number of Clothes Inside the washing Machine?.

Can only tell you with reference to Top Loading Fully Automatic Machines (no idea about FL's).

Basically, you manually add the detergent to a "detergent tray" based on either the amount of clothes you have placed inside, the water volume you have selected for the wash load or some audio/visual feedback from the machine (based on a short spin/load type of test).

Once you put the detergent, its "automatic" in the sense that the water gushes over/through the dispenser and mixes the detergent accordingly. No other user intervention is required. There are no buttons to press or anything of the sort.

I am on my 3rd TL fully automatic Washing machine and all of them have been more or less similar when it comes to the detergent dispensing mechanism...

Is the detergent powder in the tray kept can be 5kg, 3kg, 2kg, 1kg so that everytime the Consumer do not have to Add detergent powder next time for washing Clothes?.

What he's saying is that you still need to measure and add the appropriate amount of detergent powder in spoonfuls.
Having a machine automatically choose the right amount of detergent is actually an interesting idea, but unfortunately fully automatic machines still do not do that AFAIK.
