This movie is just "off the hook", simply amazing. People should make such kind of movie often unlike KKKG, etc etc. Awesome acting by Abhay and the rest of the cast as well.

8.5/10 for the movie and 9.5/10 for Abhay.

Saw the movie today.Had to go at a substandard cineplex as I am under 18.

Very nice movie. Though Devdas is supposed to have a sadistic ending and this one doesn't.But I am not complaining it was a pleasant surprise.

No one has anything against movies like K3G, movies is ultimately just movies. Its just that some people make issue over movies like Dev D, No smoking, etc cause its different. Why can't people just accept the fact that its just a movie.

Take instance of the new movie of SRK's, there is a new controversy over a 'word' and people are throwing soda bottles at his place (Bandra). How lame!!

Basically some people just need quiet romantic normal Indian cultured movie which won't create any problem and if someone tries to do something new they create a havoc.

u guys are making me eager to watch this movie. After reading 2-3 reviews i thought of downloading it, but a few more reviews (in this thread) made me rethink and thn i decided to watch in the theater...most probably monday morning.

Hope this move doesnt dissappoint all the hype it has created till now.

Just back from the movie and i must say it's great ! 4/5, a must watch !! The second half was beginning to drag but some more editing saved it. The original cut was around 172 mins. The one i saw was around 155-160 mins. So i suppose the movie was edited from it's original lenth of 172mins and which does it a lot of good since the 2nd half was just about starting to drag..............

Edit: No need of mentioning it but a bloody good background score too !! hyeah:

Abhi tak, i had chance to watch it thrice in diffrent PVRs across NCR n man, i enjoyed all my three viewings :hap2:

But after that its all down hill from there .. why the hell did the script writer mix the MMS Scandal + BMW Case + what not ...

Either this was shit or i expected too much out of it..

Point to myself.. stop going to Hall to watch hindi movies.
