I introduced my father, Dhumketu, to this forum, but he was recently banned with a rating of 65, citing "commercial buyer" as the reason. I’m a bit confused by this, as he is not running a business. While he does occasionally resell items, this is not his primary focus. His main activity is managing a gaming zone, which requires regular updates to hardware and consoles. He’s very tech-savvy and enjoys being part of communities like this one, where he can learn and contribute.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could reconsider his ban. His positive track record and reviews reflect his genuine interest in the forum, and he would be very grateful for the opportunity to rejoin.

@Ak69 - The consensus was that the user is flipping the hardware, hence the tag of commercial buyer. I looked the purchase history and it does indicate that. You have since clarified that he is not flipping hardware and using it for personal (commercial) use.

Even if he is not a reseller flipping hardware, all the hardware going to one person to run his gaming shop conflicts with the essence of the TE marketplace where we want genuine users to be able to buy the hardware off each other at good prices. So instead of benefiting 2x people, right now it is benefiting only x+1 people.
