I came across this home to home printer cartridge refilling solution, while looking for such a solution online (lol)

has anyone of u ppl tried this service before or known anyone to have tried it before? All feedback would be of immense use!!!
and btw, while we're on this topic.. refils IS the way to go right? cuz it's not practical to keep buying 1.3k odd costing cartridges!!!
