Any difference in performance between the 128MB and 256 MB version of XFX GeForce 6600 for current as well as likely future games?
weird pricing since a lowe end card i.e. the 6600LE costs more than a 6600 non gt.andysmith45 said:Why weird pricing? Do u know the actual price?

You also have to take into consideration the size of the monitor, if you have a very big monitor then ull have to have higher resolutions for the games to look good, otherwise there will be a lot of jaggies.

Even on a 6600GT it won't make a difference, forget the 6600 vanilla . In fact the 256MB might potentially be slower as the manufacturers use 256MB of ultra slow memory(250MHz) compared to 128MB of faster memory(325MHz)priyoban said:I already asked to avoid a le, so on a standard 6600 more vram will make a diff.
