Hey Guys,

I am in urgent need for a cam for Family Occasions. Need good indoor shoots and decent outdoors shoots. Must help in learning photography for begginers.

I am looking at Panasonic TZ5 through KMD. Please provide options. I read that TZ5 doesnt have manual controls. What are these manual controls ? Complete noob here. Help me out !!! :@ :@
 
tz15 which is the same as tz5 has launched officially in india. even if u do get it from abroad it will still fall out of your budget.

try looking for the tz4/tz11. ...only differences from tz5 being that it has a smaller screen and no HD recording.

manual controls mean you can do all the settings ( aperture , shutter speed ) in the camera instead of the camera deciding it. so you might want to take a picture in a way the auto mode in camera might not allow you to.
 
So is there anyother model/brand which I should be looking for some manual control along with same image quality as the panasonic ones ??!?
