Digicam for 15k

Hey guys want to buy a digital camera budget upto 15k what u guys would recomend it should do video recording also at vga resolution and it should be a compact camera not like canon powershot series.

My uncle is coming from dubai next month so would it be cheaper to buy from there??

Better option would TZ5, especially if you are looking at video recording feature.
