Digicam for 8K max...

hello guys, posting after a long long time..

need some expert help, a friend of mine wnts 2 spend max 8K on a digicam, she wud be fine wid a 128MB card ...

after reading da various post on digicam's in portable section..the only contender seems to be

1.Nikon coolpix 3200

ANY MORE CONTENDERS IN THT LOW RANGE???

and she has no specific requirements, just needs a basic cam...

Go in for Canon PS A 510 better buy... More manual controls...

I would second the Canon A510, but I think its a bit more expensive around 9.5K (according to jjmehta.com )
