Digicam under 175$

MY frnd's dad is coming in 1st week of November n i've asked him to get me digicam ...it should b slim with atleast 8-10mpx n 4x zoom or higher...can u tell me bes t digicam under 175$....plz reply...n wht precautions should he take so i dotn have to pay any import duty etc....Also should we wait for thanksgiving for any offer??Where can we find offers from net so tht i can inform him about it??
