The redistributable license agreement covers the terms under which developers may use the Redistributable. I don't know cause MS doesn't release any changelog ... though it's better to be updated

NFS carbon stutters less now.. donno because of this DX update as i instantly installed latest 162.18_forceware_winxp_32bit_english_whql with it.
